NOTES

1. This application form will be displayed in the Club for a minimum of 7 days before an offer of membership is made.

2. The annual subscription is £60 pa (reduced proportionately in the 1st year for those joining after 1st November).Green fees are £1.50 per session.

3. The subscription is payable annually by not later than 1st September in each year. Please note that reminders are NOT sent to members. Failure to pay by 1st September may render a person’s membership invalid, either temporarily or permanently.

4. By applying for membership of DIBC 2002 Ltd, I accept the obligation to contribute (if so required) such amount (not exceeding £1) as may be needed to meet its liabilities if DIBC 2002 Ltd should be wound up while I am a member or within one year of ceasing to be a member as required by Clause 11 of the Company’s Memorandum of Association.

5. The Club reserves the right to vet an applicant’s bowling ability.
