Club Friendly v Redhill BC

The 2025/26 Indoor season got off to a sucessful start with a Mixed match against our local Outdoor friends from Redhill BC, many of whom are Donyngs members. After settling down in the first few ends Donyngs took a lead at 5 ends 24 - 11, very much due to a confident start by Julie Colby's rink. At 10 ends Donyngs were still in control on 3 rinks and 43 - 28 overall. This theme continued through to the finish at 18 ends with a final score, a confortable win, 3 rinks to 1 and 81 - 48. Top rink was inevitably Julie Colby's 4 of David Humphreys (Lead), Janet Collis (2), and Julie (Skip). 

Overall a good start to the season and a game played in good spirit and friendship.

Our next Friendly is against London Civil Service on Wednesday 22nd October. Be sure to indicate avaiability and join in an enjoyable, competitive match.
