Vs Egham
The Dragons where at home this weekend and were keen to welcome Egham to “The Dragons Den”. Word on the street was that this was not going to be an easy game, with Egham fielding much stronger teams than before. Egham, travelling from the land of the “Big Birds” (Heathrow), would be confident of slaying the dragons! However, Donyng’s never shy’s away from a challenge, and this weekends game would be no different! With three players making their Surrey league debut for this season, the Dragons would lie in wait, and strike when least expected……
The rink scores were as follows:
Rink 3 – Bernard C (L), Charlie M (2nd), Kieth M (3rd) & Steve W (Skip) Score 15 – 18
Rink 4 – Charlie M (L), Paul E (2nd), Tony B (3rd) & Trevor P (Skip) Score 16 – 12
